Biography
Greg Corson has over 25 years of litigation experience in British Columbia and has assisted clients with commercial disputes involving a broad range of legal areas and issues, including municipal, administrative, real estate, strata property, contract, employment, fiduciary, and equitable claims and remedies. Greg has interpreted a broad range of contracts from joint venture and trust agreements to easements and real estate disclosure statements. He is familiar with the construction and application of a wide variety of legislative schemes, including the Local Government Act, Strata Property Act, Land Title Act and Real Estate Development Marketing Act. He is a monthly contributor to DiCastri’s Registration of Title to Land.
Greg lives on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with his wife and enjoys the local beaches and trails with his dog daily. He relishes travel and has surfed off 6 continents.
