Biography
Emily earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Before law school, she completed a double major at The University of British Columbia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has gained experience across diverse fields, including music education, the nonprofit sector, and administrative and supporting roles within a tertiary academic institution.
While attending law school, Emily worked at the Law Centre, a pro bono student legal clinic, assisting clients across a broad range of matters such as human rights and wills. Emily also worked closely with Amici Curiae Friends of Court, supporting self-represented litigants by facilitating intake processes and providing assistance with legal forms.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys running and unwinding with a good board game night.
