Shira Zucker

Shira is a transactional lawyer with a broad range of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, corporate governance, and commercial real estate.

She regularly negotiates and drafts commercial contracts including purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, SaaS and end user license agreements, hospitality and marketing agreements, and leasing agreements. She has represented companies on issues relating to intellectual property protection, privacy, and data security.

Prior to moving to Vancouver, British Columbia, Shira practiced law in Washington State. She maintains her license in British Columbia and Washington.
