Nikhil Pandey

Nikhil maintains a general disputes practice with a focus on commercial litigation and governmental relations. He has successfully represented clients at the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia and has developed a significant expertise in various ethics and regulatory compliance matters, including lobbying law, election financing, and fraud prosecution.

Prior to joining Kornfeld, Nikhil clerked for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and practiced with a national law firm (where he also served as an executive on its diversity and inclusion committee). During law school, he received several academic awards and recognitions, including for his leadership within the community, receiving the highest mark in contracts law, his written and oral advocacy during the Bowman National Tax Moot, and his authorship on international criminal law reform.

Outside of the law, Nikhil volunteers with a national aerial search and rescue team and previously served as an officer for the Canada Border Services Agency.
