Approaching its 20th year as niche legal advisors to developers, entrepreneurial and commercial lending clients, Kornfeld, Mackoff, Silber LLP announced today the launch of a new website at www.kornfeldllp.com and the rebranding of the firm as Kornfeld LLP.
“Our new website provides user-friendly information on our legal services for real estate developers, entrepreneurial and lending clients. We’ve also adopted a shorter trade name –Kornfeld LLP– so that clients can more easily refer to the firm,” said partner Carol Kerfoot, who helped start the firm in 1993.
Kornfeld LLP has been involved in the acquisition and development of numerous high-profile regional sites, including hotel, retail, office, residential and mixed-use properties. The firm also specializes in advising entrepreneurial clients, many of which are family owned, and commercial lenders and borrowers.
