Biography
James S. McRae real estate practice is wide-ranging and involves complex development and redevelopment projects, including air-space parcelling. He has extensive experience with the acquisition of and sale of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use properties, together with strata title development, land assemblies, and commercial, mixed use and residential subdivisions. James S. McRae also acts for both landlords and tenants in commercial and shopping centre leasing.
James S. McRae was born and raised in Vancouver, and joined Kornfeld LLP in 2000. He is married and the proud father of two girls.
