Biography
Alyshia specializes in commercial real estate law, with a track record that speaks for itself. Since being called to the bar, she has handled real property transactions exceeding $900 million, covering acquisitions, financings, dispositions, and refinancings of various properties such as apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, light industrial buildings, and hotels.
In addition to transactional work, Alyshia is experienced in negotiating complex commercial leases for both tenants and landlords.
Outside the office, Alyshia maintains an active lifestyle, drawing on her background as a former competitive dancer. You might find her at the barre or hiking her favorite trails. She’s also known for her almost-famous fudge squares, which have garnered a small but enthusiastic following across Canada.
