In his 20+ years of practice, Mihai has gained significant expertise in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, commercial transactions and lending and secured finance. Mihai has routinely represented both public and private companies as well as underwriters and agents, in a broad range of sectors including: industrial technology, natural resources, energy, retail and financial services.
Mihai also advises companies, boards and committees on corporate and securities law compliance matters, disclosure obligations, corporate governance and special transactions.
