Shangri-la Vancouver is the tallest building in Vancouver and this site is one of only a handful of sites which meets the criteria set out by the City of Vancouver’s General Policy for Higher Buildings.
Consistent with this policy, the development of Shangri-La Vancouver exhibits the highest order of architectural excellence, as well as providing significant community benefits in the heritage restoration of the adjacent Coastal Church and the Vancouver Art Gallery curated Sculpture Site. It is truly one of the most exciting developments in Vancouver.
