Fay maintains a general solicitor practice with a focus on real estate and corporate commercial matters. She assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, leasing matters, financing, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance issues and the establishment of business entities.
At UBC, Fay was an editor for the UBC Law Review and worked as a research assistant in the area of labour and employment law. She also volunteered for the UBC Innocence Project and was selected to compete in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Fay is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
